Officer’s Club is a private portal for accepted BRC Passport Office campers. It holds what the camp needs to plan the season: your profile, camp plan, dues and survey answers.
Signing in. We use your email address only to confirm who you are.
Who sees what. Campmates see only the directory fields the camp shows, and only after the directory release date. Your email and phone stay out of the directory. Emergency contacts, dietary details and individual survey answers are visible only to Camp Leads, and each time they view them, it’s logged.
Payments. Dues are paid through Venmo or PayPal. The portal never collects card or bank details.
Sharing. We don’t sell or share your information. Tools the camp connects, such as project tracking, never receive private profile, contact, dietary, dues or survey data.
Questions, corrections or a request to delete your data: ask a Camp Lead.
